Your cement source, aggregate and climate decide the dose. We run the trial mixes and hand you a working recipe.
Dosage is not a number off a datasheet. It depends on your cement, your sand and your workshop temperature.
Cement grade and brand, aggregate, required set time, demould window, target strength, ambient temperature and monthly volume.
We run trial mixes against your parameters and come back with a dose rate and a mix proportion, not a generic range.
A 25 kg sample so you can verify set time, strength and workability on your own line before committing.
Dose adjustment for seasonal temperature swings, plus ongoing supply in 25 kg bags or 1000 kg bulk bags.
Nearly every disappointing first trial we are asked to diagnose comes back to one of these.
That is what these products are designed for. Both YJ-51YYLX and YJ-K308 are built around ordinary 42.5 / 52.5 Portland cement. You keep buying the cement you already buy.
Higher dose means faster set and higher early strength. For YJ-51YYLX the working range is 8–25% by weight of cement. Where you sit in that range depends on your target demould time and your workshop temperature, which is what the lab trial establishes.
Not with this chemistry. It co-hydrates with the cement system, so early strength builds fast and late strength continues to rise. That is the main difference from a sulphoaluminate cement system.
25 kg, which is enough to run a proper plant trial rather than just a laboratory curiosity.
Yes —your bag and your brand, our formulation. Tell us the target performance and volume.
25 kg bags and 1000 kg bulk bags.
Send us your cement grade and what you are casting. We will tell you which YJ product applies —or tell you if none of them do.
